WSU Cycling Club
About the Cycling Club
The WSU Cycling Club is organized to provide competitive and non-competitive WSU cyclists with a chance to ride and race together as a team.
Every Spring, the Cycling Club travels throughout the Northwest competing in a series of stage races (road) with other Division I and II University's.
The team also competes in regional cyclocross races in the fall. The cyclocross season runs from September into December (with Nationals occurring later).
New members are encouraged to participate in races, but racing competitively is far from being a team requirement.
We conduct social rides to get students and the public to ride with the team and get outdoors.
The Cycling Club is structured in a very relaxed and competitive fashion. There are no mandatory practices, and members are free to participate at whatever level they wish.
